Continuing the discussion from [Query Builder Output Viewed Internally](https://discourse.notenik.app/t/query-builder-output-viewed-internally/103):

The query builder doesn’t allow me to specify sort direction (am I missing something?) but I can easily edit the script to change ascend to descend. Having done that, I want to be able to run the script and have the output display in an internal window. I don’t want to leave the app. I want to use the output as a note selector, instead of using the list display.

Oh good! Let me know if there’s anything else you need here!

But yes, you’re right, there’s no way to specify descending when initially building a query.
