# Notenik 18.1.0 Released oon December 11th, 2025

The latest version of Notenik made it through the Mac App Store review in record time today, skating through in under an hour (although it always takes a while for the Store to actually show the new version in its Updates section).

Here’s a quick take on included improvements:

- Did a little cleanup on the new Quotes to Biblio function;
- Added a new Context Menu item to Renumber the Display Seq field for a range of notes;
- Added a new Context Menu item to Assign Attribution values for a range of notes;
- Added new field types of Inclusions and IncludedBy – these essentially provide Back Links for Markdown commands to Include a Note;
- Enhanced the Markdown Command to Include a Note to add a `ref` style for calling out references.
