# Outlining with Notenik

Notenik has two special metadata fields — Seq and Level — that can easily be used to structure a collection of notes into an outline.

[ISO 2145](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_2145) is an eye-opener.

Also Herb, if I may suggest, you may want to prefix the `=$title$=` of each Adventure in the [Adventure template](https://github.com/hbowie/notenik-web/blob/88f3e8e5e5f0cb53d377987f009663ca7169925f/templates/adventure-template.html#L7) so that users can distinguish which pages they have open on their browser (for example, when multiple tabs are open).
