This new beta has a few improvements for date handling.
- There is now better handling for time values as part of the date field.
- A value of
nowin a Date field will be replaced with the current date and time (unlike a value oftoday, which only supplies the current date). - Date values are now saved to disk in a year-month-date hours:minutes:seconds format suitable for sorting, unless the date field contains something excessively funky, in which case the user’s input will be preserved.

This beta version is no longer available. Look for a later beta release or the most recent Mac App Store release.
