This is annoying.
The Submit button doesn’t turn on when a rating is present.
Were you running one of the beta versions? If so, I imagine that Apple might have trouble posting a rating for a version not yet released to the Store.
that’s very likely. I downloaded from the app store originally but I wouldn’t have tried to post a review until after I was using one of the betas.
