Improvements to the built-in template for Outliner

  1. Preselect “Streamlined” as the display mode for outline templates
  2. Add another note: the second chapter.
  3. Add explanatory text to the initial note.

This will give a new user a much better experience. Streamline mode introduces navigational functionality. Adding the second chapter triggers the display of the table of contents in the

Streamline mode adds navigational tools to your outline, allowing you to move between notes, and sections. It will also, automatically generate a table of contents for each note that has sub-notes, such as [[The first section]] of this collection.

As you move through the collection you can to take advantage of the navigation tools in the Nav menu. These have keyboard commands for ease of use.
