Link between collections, and block quotes?

I’m a brand new Notenik user, love what I’ve seen so far.

  1. The biggest issue I’m running into is the one folder per collection limit. How can I create some internal organisation, to help make the menu list less overwhelming? I’d love for Notenik to have fully searchable and linkable subfolders.

  2. I understand that in many instances, atomic notes are preferable to relying on block quotes, but without the latter I’m hamstrung. I have the Bible in Markdown and would like to link to or quote specific verses in my notes. Reformatting all 31K+ verses into atomic notes isn’t feasible.
