This is a debugging release for anyone (such as @Malcolm) who is having problems with the Text Edit Template File function.
This version will not actually attempt to open the template file, but will display (in the Log window) the URL of the template file.
This beta version is no longer available. Look for a later beta release or the most recent Mac App Store release.
