This new beta should provide for tooltips and/or instructions on the Edit tab.

Here’s an example of a tooltip. A single exclamation point indicates that what follows should be treated as a tooltip.

Recurs: <recurs ! Tooltip only>

Here’s an example of instructions only. A pair of exclamation points indicates that what follows should be treated as instructions. Basic Markdown can be used.

Level: <level: !! Instructions only >

And here’s an example of specifying both.

Class: <class:  ! Class !! Indicates the type of Note >

As was recently discussed, triggered instructions will appear in a separate window.

That’s wonderful, thanks! It’s not what I’d first imagined but the workshopped product is often much better than the original concept.

This screenshot is shows what I see. I think that the window title “Edit Instructions” is sufficient and the headline text “Edit Instructions” is unnecessary.

Is the word “edit” in the window title redundant?

I guess I’d like to keep it there. They’re not instructions on how to use Notenik. So I think the qualification is potentially useful.
