The latest release snuck in a Presentation window in addition to a window for speaker’s notes. Not sure this is all settled yet (feels like too many presentation options) but am very eager to hear how the rest of you feel about these changes.

I like the separate presentation window. It’s cleaner than the main Notenik window for presentations. I don’t currently have any presentations to make, but as someone who uses markdown for presentations, I am very interested. The one note per slide along with the outlining and filtering abilities make it very powerful.
The one feature that the app currently lacks which hinders my ability to use it for presentations is controls for playing embedded video files. I tried embedding a .mp4 file and it autoplays when the slide is opened, but there are no control buttons. Those would be very helpful.

What sort of syntax are you using to embed the video file?
I am using  (with no space between the mp4 and the ) - somehow it doesnt let me type it here.
Give the latest beta a try and see how that works.
The new presentation controls - play/pause, rewind and move forward are very nice, but now the movie no longer fits the presentation window or the main Notenik Display window. I tried with a couple of different movies and it seems to happen even at the largest display setttings (1680 x 1050) on my Macbook. This didn’t happen in Notenik 19.1.2 - the movie fit. I can attach a few screenshots if that will help.
Try out the even later beta. I think this should work better in terms of sizing the video.
