I think there are supposed to be one or tutorial pages included with the app, however these are not opening for me on my MacBook Pro running Tahoe.
Is there a workaround for this, as I would really like to learn this application.

Hey, welcome to the Notenik forum! Thanks for posting!
There should be several entries available beneath the Help menu, and these should open various helpful Notenik collections when you select them. Are these not working for you? Are you getting any sort of error message? You might also try opening the Log window to see if there are any interesting messages there.
But you can also access much of the Notenik info on the web.
