This new version attempts to fix some of the problems @Malcolm recently found with the prior beta, related to the request for Functional Tasks Lists.

This beta version is no longer available. Look for a later beta release or the most recent Mac App Store release.

This version has corrected two issues:

  1. Inputs made in display mode are saved
  2. List item selection is correct

This version retains an issue identified in the previous version

  1. When a line has one or no trailing spaces and the following line contains four hyphens (to markdown a horizontal rule), the rule is drawn before the previous line instead of being drawn after the previous line.

Yes, that was an unrelated bug, and I’ve just fixed that. But I wanted to get this beta out to provide sufficient time for testing the functional task list feature before releasing that.

Thanks for reporting the horizontal rule problem; that one was pretty straightforward, and I believe I’ve fixed that, so it should be working correctly in the next release.
